CreatorOps legal

Terms of Service

These terms apply to CreatorOps, a local-first desktop application for organizing creative projects, reviewing publishing metadata, and publishing video content selected by its user.

Acceptable use

Use CreatorOps lawfully and only with accounts and content you are authorized to use. Do not use it to violate another person’s rights, evade platform safeguards, or break applicable law.

Your content and accounts

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish, including having the necessary rights, permissions, and releases. You are also responsible for following the rules, terms, and policies of every publishing platform you connect to CreatorOps.

Connected platforms

CreatorOps connects to a platform only after you explicitly authorize an account and uses the minimum necessary permissions to publish content you select. Platform APIs, policies, access, and availability are controlled by the respective platform and may change or become unavailable. CreatorOps does not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.

As provided

CreatorOps is provided on an “as provided” basis. To the extent permitted by law, no guarantee is made that it will be error-free, continuously available, or suitable for every purpose. You should review publishing details before confirming a publish action and keep copies of important work.

This is a plain-language starter policy for a small owner-operated tool and should receive legal review before broad public use.
